Our Mission

Our foundation’s mission is to promote diversity as a fundamental organizational value, to make equality the norm, and to embed inclusion as a key element of the path to success in both business and personal dimensions.

We create educational programs, nationwide social campaigns, and projects tailored to the individual needs of companies. We use our 16 years of experience, growing out of the Success Written in Lipstick organization founded by Olga Kozierowska in 2008.
